Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship to every country!

Do you provide tracked shipping?
Yes! Please choose the 'Tracked shipping' option before you checkout. The 'Standard shipping' does not have a tracking number!

How long does it take to process my order?
Usually I send multiple orders at the same time, so it takes 5 business days for me to prepare and send your order.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
It depends on the country the order was sent to. Usually orders sent within EU arrive between 8-10 business days, sometimes quicker. 
All orders outside EU might take from 8-20 business days.

I haven't received my order after 20 business days, what do I do?
Please contact me through the contact form on this website providing your name and order number.
✧ If you chose tracked shipping, check directly with your local courier where your order is. If it was lost in transit, you will be fully refunded.
✧ If you chose untracked shipping, reach out to your local post office, sometimes orders get lost in the sorting centre. If they cannot help, I will refund you the cost of the item(s) without the shipping cost.

Can I ask for a replacement instead of a refund?
Unfortunately, I cannot provide replacements as all of my items have a very limited stock.

Do you accept returns?
No.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
When purchasing items listed as pre-order, you acknowledge that your order will not be shipped out immediately. Orders containing both a pre-order and non-preorder item will be shipped together at the expected date listed under the pre-order item. 
If you'd like a non-preorder item early, please make separate purchases!
